"We were only in England for five days so I did not get the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I had hoped, plus the weather was uncooperative. The staff and restaurant and rooms were lovely though. I have a local friend in chertsey who was able to drive us (me and my friend )to the nearby train station when we wanted to go into London. Otherwise it is a short Uber ride to get to Weybridge train station. The prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend."

"The hotel is in serious need of renovation and better maintenance. The rooms and facilities look outdated, and cleanliness needs significant improvement. Overall, the property requires major upgrades and a much higher standard of cleaning to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"Lovely welcome from the fabulous member who checked me in! Lovely chap! Unfortunately the room had a strong cabbage aroma when I first entered each day, was directly under the smoking area - the smell of which seeped up into the room, and the door to the bathroom didn’t fully open due to the location of the toilet. The maintenance of the room needed some attention. I wish these standards met that of the welcome I received when I arrived"
