"Lovely property good location "

"Booked this property for my family vacation of 12 people for 8 nights in September 2024. The check-in process was easy - I received the details a few days before check-in and getting into the property was fine. The area of house is located in is decent and in walking distance of shops and restaurants. The main issue we encountered was the overall cleanliness of the property. "The property has beautiful aesthetics however there were some issues with the rental. Firstly, the carpets had dirty black stains and were not clean. Secondly, the seat covers on the dining room chairs were stained. Thirdly the second bathroom didn't have enough hot water. Overall this was not a good value for the money!"
