"Black wallpaper in rooms made it very dark, hard to even find light switches. Room was VERY noisy from hallway/other rooms talking, doors banging in the night. Seems no noise proofing. Staff was curt, close to rude; certainly not helpful. Nothing close by for food and options at property weren’t that great. I would never recommend this property or ever go there again. We have stayed at the Radisson Blu in the past and had a wonderful experience. Very sorry we opted for this hotel instead."

"I forgot you have to pay extra for things that come as standard elsewhere. Pay for parking, breakfast, early checkin (It's an airport hotel, so it should be a 24/7 operation). "

There was no natural light and it was quite noisy given proximity to the ground floor/elevators. Breakfast was good and certainly did the trick for an overnight stay. Plenty of space for us and the kiddos."
