"Everything was amazing! I would definetly recommend for solo travellers! I was by myself and they were so accommodating even upgrading me to a room that would be easier to find as my flight was coming in later in the evening. Very clean and easy to find as well as being very close to the airport and bus/trains that get you there! "

"Basic needs met in a reasonably priced (including a free car park on site) hotel. Nothing to fault really. Reception / manager very friendly and efficient. Even though 2miles away from Slough town centre, it is served directly outside the door by a very frequent, nearly 24hrs bus service."

"Everyone very friendly. I was very lucky to get an upgrade room, but I am sure they are all of the same standards re cleanliness and comfort.
Very good breakfast with choice of what you want cooked to order.

"Great room with cooking faculities, staff were super helpfull and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location which is a short and pleasant walk into Cambridge centre. You get what you pay for at this hotel which is an all round luxurious hotel experience."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Cherry Tree. The room and place were lovely and quite modern considering how old the building is.
There was only one shower towel and half a toilet roll when we checked into our room, as well as 1 of each tea/coffee so it seemed our room was prepared for one, however the staff were very helpful to sort this for us straight away.

"Perfect stay before heading to Heathrow airport the next morning. The hotel restaurant / bar area had great food and drinks, tv’s and the breakfast in the morning was good selection, and worth the 15 pounds we paid… it was a buffet. I would definitely stay here again"
"Honestly, the best thing about this place is riding the Terminal 5 Heathrow Pods. Everything's very impersonal, staff are nice enough, but I felt like I had to work hard for them to notice I was even there. Everything's "Self Service". The hotel is . . . OK. Tried to eat at the restaurant, after I'd sat there & been basically ignored by the staff for 20 minutes, I got up and went to the convenience store in the lobby. (also a "self service" checkout)
More about the driverless Pods: they're really cool, but if passengers are forced to share a Pod (due to demand during peak times, or because only one bay is functional, for example) the eight pound fare starts feeling like a rip-off"
"We stayed in a standard double room, which was spacious, very clean, with a super comfortable bed! I slept like a log!
The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a swim in the pool, which although small, was excellent for swimming lengths and was a nice temperature. We ate at the restaurant, which served pub grub and was very tasteful. So why not 5 stars? The toilet in the room was separate to the shower and bath, and also the sink. It would have been nice to have a little sink in the toilet, as in the night you had to feel around for 2 rooms! There was no room service at all. There was a page on the app but in the restaurant the server told us you'd have to order downstairs and take the food up yourself. Most concerning, the pool was unmanned. No one was in that area at all. We had to sign a waver form before using it, so don't use the pool on your own. There was a panic pull outside the sauna but if you had an accident or you needed help away from the pull cord, I'm not sure how long it would be before someone found you.Lastly, there is a small amount of parking on site but you need to phone in advance to book this at £21. Overall a lovely hotel and we would stay here again."
"Beware of hotels that book large conference groups. There were two large groups, one that partied outside our window until midnight. We could not access our original rooms as the lift was broken and my 89 year old mother could not go up the stairs. The receptionist was more interested in checking out the split ends in her hair than she was in trying to accommodate us with new rooms. When they finally did give us rooms, we had to haul five suitcases, a car seat, a two year old and my Mom in her walker by ourselves. Disgraceful. "
"Now one of favourite hotels in uk. Staff made a special effort for my partners birthday and hotel and grounds are stunningly beautiful. Spa was great as was the food. Probably the tastiest sole I've had. Eating out in uk is too expensive nowadays but this was worth it"
"My wife and I took the local transportation from Heathrow to the hotel. When we arrived there was no one at the counter and a small line had formed, two gentleman came to the desk about five minutes later and got the line down. We were informed that we booked an ADA room, no worries. We checked in and got to our room. It was very clean and made a great spot to rest for our flight the next morning. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was a wonderful touch. "
