The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay.

The hotel a five minutes' walk from Terminal 4 departures through an enclosed walkway. Since Terminal 5 was built, the location is less busy, and the room pricing is more reasonable. Standards remain high and there is free transport to and from Terminal 4 from the other terminals.
