"Not at terminal five so not as advertised! Very noisy so we got no sleep! Next time we’ll fork out for the hotel at the terminal as with cabs it would work out the same anyhow "

"We selected, and paid extra for, a runway view room at the property. Once in the room we were able to very small areas with planes moving if we looked sharply to the left or right. T he pictures on the website were very misleading. We were too tired to make an issue of it at the property but thought that others should know that they may not get the view that they expect or see on the hotel website. We were otherwise satisfied with the property. "
