"The staff was very nice, clean, quiet room, the airport shuttle was on time. Our only issue is we left a lightweight dark blue down jacket in the closet ( room 1343?) on May 10-11. We wanted to know if they could mail it back to us at our expense ( it’s worth $150) We called and were told to email the request. We did but never heard back. 😢"

"The hotel was extremely well managed the service excellent. The hotel was clean and fresh. The room was lovely it had everything you needed including a fridge (bonus) The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom spotless couldn’t fault it I had room service a couple of nights the food was beautifully presented thank you I would highly recommend this hotel."
