"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "

"Nice cottage in a quiet location situated in the grounds of the host's property. Good location for exploring Hampshire and New Forest. Able to take our dog off walking in the woods from the back garden. Lovely farm shops nearby."

"Property and location were fantastic. If we ever needed somewhere to stay again in the area this is where it would be."

"No drop down rail next to toilet and carpet in downstairs bedroom. Making it a bit awkward for full time wheelchair users. Had to move beds to get wheelchair next to one of them."

"This was the most glorious hideaway - we didn't want to leave! It's a wonderfully curated and comfortable space with so many lovely touches. The host couldn't do enough for you. We're already planning our return!"

"We stayed with 3generations of family for a long weekend. The house has lots of character and had a lovely garden and pool that was well used by all the family . Someone was available whenever we needed to ask any questions. We would definitely stay there again ."
