"Upon arrival all the windows were open and the property was nearly freezing. There were no instructions for operating the heat left by the host. Thy left 2 space heaters, but one did not work. After communicating this issue and the mold/mildew in the shower, we were told it would be 2 days before a cleaner could come for the shower. They did attempt to instruct us on heating system operation. My partner felt ill immediately due to the unsanitary conditions in the shower. A cleaning fee rate...

"We stayed at this location because it was central to a couple of attractions we wanted to tour. We arrived at the maidenhead train station and had a bit of walk to the store to get the key and then another 18 minutes walk to the apartment. We found using the Taplow station easier to use. The distance between the key pick up location was inconvenient. The apartment was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all the charging options. Everything worked well "
