"Very friendly welcome at time of check in, explained that the building was in the process of being refurbished and as such some disruption may be experienced - in reality aside from the slight smell of paint nothing to worry about and clear that the owners are investing in the property. Some areas are looking tired and furniture in bedroom dated, BUT, everything was useable, clean and tidy. Shower was hot, powerful and as a tall / large lad very pleased that the towels provided were actually towels and not the daft little things most places give me! Bed was firm and very comfortable, WIFI had a good signal and room to work in the bedroom. Italian restaurant onsite which I didn't use - but overheard positive comments from those that did. I did however use Bar which was great and again very friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet affair, continental on one side, hot / cooked on other and an array of juices and hot drinks in the middle - all very nice and all freshly prepared and restocked. Plenty of parking and would happily use again."

"Great staff, terrible establishment. Tired, dead, grubby and desperately in need of a face lift in order to compete. The bathroom has heavily corroded and stained although I admit that the bed was relatively comfortable. No restaurant was operating when I arrived so they handed me a local pizza menu."

"Bit better communication between reception and bar staff, wanted a bucket of ice reception told me to go to the bar and the bar staff said I could only have it if I brought a bottle of Prosecco. "

"The receptionist (sorry cant remember her name) was so welcoming and helpful regarding the local area. Room was great had everything in it you needed even a hairdryer (god send as forgot mine). Breakfast was lovely again great staff and friendly. Plenty of parking. Close to the army barracks abd Camberley ."

"I found the staff exceptionally helpful and kind. A very clean hotel with comfortable beds and lovely breakfast room. A couple of restaurants next door were very useful for an evening meal."
