"Great location, 3 minutes from the beach. So peaceful! :-)"

"We loved our stay. Yann and Eva were fantastic hosts, who were very available when needed. The air con was very appreciated. The location was ideal for our young family, being very near the main Juan Les Pains beach, and convenient shops/eateries. Well located for the other attractions of the Cote d'Azur. Highly recommend!"

"Great property and very clean."

"The check-in process and communication with the host were outstanding and better than 5 star. We had direct and prompt communication from the start, and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating. They kindly arranged both a flexible check-in and check-out time to suit our schedule, which we really appreciated. Beautyfull flat, and clean."

"Great stay in an excellent location."

"The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. "Good for young party goers ONLY. Above an extremely loud restaurant for 300 people with loud music, techno DJ, live performers, inebriated guests until 2 am. Building front entrance always propped open by staff or random diners (all men) who would be sitting on the staircase smoking. Did not feel safe as a woman walking up 3 flights to my apartment. Nice location and new appliances. Clean enough but not thoroughly, corners not wiped, shower with mold. Bed comfortable. No couch just second bed."

"Location, location, location. You are within the heart of Cannes and can walk to any restaurant, the beach, etc. "

"Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is great and room is lovely."

"Alloggio molto carino con tutto il necessario, zona tranquilla , proprietario cordiale e gentile "

"the check in was terribile, like the comunication with the host; there was a problem with the sink and the washing machine that created a bad smell that couldnt let us cook well; plus we found nails of cat and human; the position was very good"

"Great location, close to restaurants and shops... very clean and bright."
