"Lovely big apartment with plenty of outside space with views of the sea. The apartment was very well equipped and having a pool and being so close to the sea front was perfect for what we were looking for from our stay.The host was very accomodating on check in and check out.We arrived and left via train and the station was a 15 minute walk away so it was easy to get into Nice and Antibes."

Enclosed, long balcony with windows that open. Large television and bathroom. Excellent restaurants and bakery nearby. Secure entry. Easy pick up and drop off for taxi. "It’s a historic hotel. The location is perfect. Right on the promenade. Just a short walk to old town. And just a few blocks away from many restaurants. The stuff was very helpful. Everyone at the front seat was respectful and willing to answer any questions and address any issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the stuff at the restaurant was really good. The rooms were spacious. However, they are in need of some serious improvements. The furniture needs to be upgraded too. Way too old and falling apart. You can still retain your historic look. Just upgrade the rooms."
