"Quando siamo arrivati al cottage verso le 18.00 non si è presentato nessuno per darchi la chiave. Abbiamo chiesto ad una vicina che ha cercato si aiutarci. Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. Ore che volevamo trascorrere a York e che abbiamo perso girando da una casa all'altra in cerca di aiuto. Roberta"

"Very clean and tidy house Smaller than we were expecting but very cosy"

"The cottage was amazing, access gained easily when we arrived. The property was nice and clean and well presented. We travelled with 2yr old twins and 1 cot was provided and 2 high chairs which was brilliant for us as we were able to bring our own travel cot as well. Plenty of room for the four of us. information on shops and local amenities was good. As guests we had access to a large grassed area with a climbing frame, also there was a veg patch and chickens as well. All in all a brilliant...

"Myself and my family with 2 young children stayed 4 nights. It was comfortable and had all the basics that we needed. I felt safe and quiet. They allowed us an early check-in. The location was absolutely fantastic and we could walk to everything. Thank you!"

"Communication was lacking on this booking. I didn’t receive an email beforehand with details of how to obtain key to the property, after reaching out i did get it just in time for our arrival. The cottage was plenty big enough for 4 of us but we found that the cleanliness was not up to our standards. "needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend."

"The hotel is in a great location. The facilities were very good and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and had plenty of choices which were kept fresh, it was possibly one of the best breakfasts we've had in a hotel for a long time. The pool facilities are nice, although the pool is a little smaller than other hotels, the area clean and tidy with a few seats around the side. The hot tub was a decent size for a few adults though. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again if we were back up in York."
