"I was greeted very politely by a very busy member of staff. Service was a little slow but only because it is clearer a popular venue for locals as well as travellers. My room 14 was very comfortable and clean. There is a damp patch on the ceiling outside the ensuite door. Unfortunately i did not see any staff to show them as i left. A very convenient place to stay right in the centre of the lovely market town. "

"Everything about The Fat badger was great! The location couldn't have been better for getting to and from the bus station or railway station. The accommodation was great! The room was so clean and well maintained. The staff everywhere was so helpful. The breakfast was so tasty with a lot of options. I would definitely stay again. "

"A beautiful building and the rooms were well furnished. However no food or hot drinks available. Hardly any personnel around Room not serviced and we used codes to get in and out. Not a place we would use again. "
