"What a gem of a hotel. Near the Storo metro station, and and excellent restaurant inside the hotel, with prices that are very Un-Norwegian like (meaning not very expensive). And the room, by European standards, was huge. The staff was great. Would definitely stay there again."

Be mindful that this hotel sits on the edge of a rough neighborhood, but as long as you practice common sense it is not a bit deal, assuming that you have seen much worse situations in American cities such as Portland or Los Angeles.
