"Our annual summer getaway to BBR was another wonderful vacation for the books and a large part of that is credit to finding the perfect house for our group! With a group of eight which included three 20 yr olds and three 17 yr olds, this house allowed for multiple places to hangout and relax. The crown jewel of the home is the primary bedroom located upstairs away from the two bedrooms downstairs. It provided the ultimate escape when wanting to retire early for the night or take a nap when others were wanting to socialize. Large windows made for incredible views of the surrounding trees and wildlife. Cozy bedding and furniture throughout the home and a fully stocked kitchen. Bikes were available to use and the hot tub & patio were inviting. The host was super responsive and accommodating. All this to say that we would definitely stay there again! "

"This is a wonderful vacation house! We were traveling with several generations of family as well as our furry companion and the space was perfect for all of us. We are already planning to come back next year as part of a new family tradition! The location is beautiful and very private, perfect for watching wildlife in the morning. The house is well stocked with everything you could ask for. There are two small flights of stairs to enter the house however, you could also walk on a small trail to the back of the house and enter through the deck if stairs were an issue. Mike and Barb were great hosts and very quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this home, just not when we want to come ;). "

"We had a wonderful time at the Alpine Fir house! Our kids LOVED the toys and games and we loved the spa. The home is well stocked with pantry staples, bikes, helmets, cooking utensils, and pretty much anything else you could need. It was a quick 7 minute bike ride to the GMRC while also being secluded off the main roads. We look forward to renting this home for years to come. "

"House was perfect for our group- location was superb. We enjoyed the Glaze pool, tennis courts, pickleball and bike riding.AD was a perfect host and very communicative.There were plenty of kitchen items and plates, glasses, etc.AC was welcome on a couple hot days, and it did cool off at night. Evening games on the golf course were a big hit."
