Many decent restaurants within walking distance and the local market was very close. There was a really nice beach on the east coast within a 15 minute walk as well. The units were well maintained with nice little touches like free water, snacks, coffees/teas, etc. The pools were nice and the property was well secured. "AC wasn’t working, got to swap rooms. In the new room the shower didn’t work. The biggest downside was all the mosquitoes. I counted 10+ on my bathroom mirror and they kept me up all night. "
"I enjoyed the moment that I stayed in the place. It is a private residential villa with staffs showing very nice hospitality. I stayed at the end of my vacation in Phuket and the place made me fully relaxed and refreshed thanks to its privacy and very clean rooms. The Wifi is fast and stable. Air conditioning with big ceiling fans is perfect to cool. The place is much bigger than you can imagine with the pics. I will visit again for my next vacation in Phuket."

"The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily. We stayed on the 5th floor with a beautiful sea view. We Asked for fresh pool towels and they were brought to the room within 10 minutes fresh and warm from the dryer ! Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool bartender 'Bank' was an amazing friendly , hard working young man whom made everyone feel special. we had a great time at happy hour!! The bigger pool is open till 10pm, it is so warm and exceptionally clean. We had a great stay. 10/10"
