"On the whole it was good, breakfast good, plenty of choice, Room very nice, although the shower took some adjusting to the right temperature, No stair lift, so had to climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases, being in our seventies was hard work, 😫"

"Hotel on outskirts of Carlisle but easy access to bus into centre. Room comfortable. Some furniture a bit shabby but ok. Staff friendly and helpful. Large park across the road. Small corner shop and takeaway nearby"

"Lovely studio apartment - very light but the windows were difficult & heavy to open. Very clean modern bathroom with a good shower. Very comfortable bed & excellent kitchen facilities. The crumpets & jam were particularly welcome when we arrived!"

Excellent helpful attentive bar and restaurant staff.check in could have been more informative eg where breakfast was been served,about hotel (minor fault😂) had great stay would definitely return.Food excellent and drinks and nice outside seating area"
