This was a WONDERFUL property. We normally don’t stay at B&Bs, but I have a medical condition that caused us to have to cancel our international travel for honeymoon and do something simple & not far away. I was seeking acquaintance with the area in which my paternal ancestors settled in the early 18th century and to attend a family genealogy reunion with the hope I'd learn more about their history. I was well rewarded in all ways. My stay at The Neighbor House B&B was most pleasant and a good choice, not only from the history of the house but also from the nearness to locations important to me.

I rented a room for my daughter's 11th birthday. She had a few friends over to swim and have pizza and enjoy the hotel. The room size was perfect for four kids and one adult and there was plenty of room for extra family for pizza and cake. The kitchen was great to store the ice cream cake in a full size fridge and everything was clean. Breakfast the next day was a highlight as well. Would recommend for a party anytime.

This is the third weekend that my partner and I booked at the Whistling Swan Inn and each stay was comfortable and relaxing. We made use of the Jacuzzi in our Walnut Valley Suite as well as the Inn's common areas where we enjoyed tea, coffee and snacks. Every breakfast that we experienced was tasty and all the offerings were fresh and nicely presented. Very quiet restful stay

Third year I’ve been here, some upgrades occurred. Now there’s a sofa bed in the living room so you can invite more guests if you wish. There were also some paddle boats for use as well, along with the usual rowboat. I love this place but more importantly so did my family and friends. My 4 year old is still talking about it, saying she can’t wait to go back and make s’mores and swim in the pool. I have nothing but great things to say, the hotel is very clean newly remodeled the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, the pool area and jacuzzi are nice. It's ashame the trade zone doesn't have more businesses or this place would be booming. I would recommend any family members or friends to stay here. Friendly staff
