"If you book here expect correspondence from Atom Heart Bacalar. We did not know this and thought the message in What’s App was phishing so we ignored it. Once we got that straightened out, things were easier. It is very remote, bring everything you need for food and drink with you. Bacalar stores are about 1/2 hour drive. We enjoyed the breakfast hand delievered every morning and were very pleased with how tidy our room was after staff came in to clean. Overall it was a fantastic place and we would definitely stay here again!"
