"The room was simple but spacious and had everything we needed. The complementary to-go breakfast offered way more foods than expected which was great! The close location to the Sand Dunes made visiting the park easy!"

"The staff were so nice and the cabana was clean and roomy. The only thing to watch out for are the bugs that get inside, but that’s just because of the location and completely understandable. Also, dining options are about a 20 min drive, again due to its location. But just keep that in mind when planning your visit."

"The house was absolutely perfect. There were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, and space. Beds were comfy. Having use of the garage was also appreciated. The house is well decorated with plenty of thoughtful extras - like tissues, shampoo, conditioner. Nothing was generic all quality products. Great area. Loved seeing the deer around. Would book this house again."

"This worked well for our visit to Alamosa. It is just a few minutes from Adams State University and very convenient for being able to watch our son's practice and visit his apartment. It is also close to downtown. The home was comfortable and had all that was needed for cooking and grilling. "
