"Clean room and kind staff. Lovely setting as our view was over the golf course. Parking was good. Not much choice in restaurant for evening meal, but plenty of places nearby. Breakfast a bit pricey at £14.95 each so we went to nearby Woodstock where there were some lovely cafes."

"Beautiful pub and restaurant downstairs. Our rooms were lovely, very big and with free snacks, water etc Could not be a more convenient location and the breakfast was great. Could maybe consider putting some sort of stopper on the room doors as they SLAMMED shut which woke people up and was difficult to prevent."

"Great Location. Nice facilities and gardens. There was a function room with an event happening and there was no noise in my room. However, the auto closers on the fire doors and the room doors meant there was a lot of slammed doors that were very loud."

"The hotel was lovely with a welcoming atmosphere. The location was an ideal base for exploring the local attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet with very comfortable beds. Housekeeping was daily which was lovely. Food was very good with an excellent breakfast, spoilt for choice including options for those with allergies/intolerances. I have allergies to soya, cow’s dairy, egg and beef which is a real challenge for me, especially when eating out. The waiters and chef could not have been more helpful in accommodating me which I really appreciated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again."
