We liked the location, which was 5 minutes to the beach, & near the highway, which made it easy for our family coming from several directions, to meet us. "Great recently renovated room & bathroom, right on the sandy beach with a beach bar & food. The motel is well maintained. Bring chairs for the deck outside rooms as well as your beach items. We brought a portable grill which we used for dinners, which worked well along with the fridge already in the room. There is a limitation on available electricity - so no coffee maker or hair dryers in rooms. I believe suites have coffee makers & fridges. Not sure about microwaves. We will stay there again. Rooms & suites are up1 or 2 flights of stairs. "

"Wonderful location, would definitely stay here again! Property is within 30mins or less of the Newport area and reasonably priced. Very clean outside annd overall of the room, lovely gas fire pit outside for end of night enjoyment. Front end staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay."
