"This was my second time staying here and I booked it at literally the last minute for an unexpected visit. Once again the room was very clean. That is the most important thing to me. The bed linens were clean the floor was clean. The property can use some updating. One benefit for me is that there is a pizzeria across the street that has delicious gluten-free pizza and on the property there is a breakfast and lunch restaurant called Karie's that has many gluten-free options for me. I will stay there again."

"Amazing little property! The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Very gracious host! The back patio was such a relaxing place to relax, and the fire pit was a great way to end every night. Located only 15 mins away from Newport without the Newport prices. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful Jamestown. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. No problems accommodating my 40-lb dog. Well-maintained grounds around the hotel with grassy lawn and nice outdoor patio area. In-room kitchenette had dish ware and utensils, two-burner electric stove, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Room was spacious but could use a little more lighting and maybe a larger table. Morning breakfast was very convenient and offered decent selection of hot and cold foods and coffee. Wi-fi internet worked for the most part but could not connect all devices."
