"Our stay here was amazing! Weve stayed here twice now and both times the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and overall just a great experience! We love the indoor pool and also the breakfast is hot in the mornings with plenty of options for us. You can choose between cereal, toast, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, orange juice, coffee, and milk. Honestly we will be staying here everytime we travel to Pigeon Forge!"

"There are plenty of activities. The only downside is the price of the stay and how much the extras cost. We saved some money by bringing snacks, drinks and stuff to make sandwiches for lunch."

"Wonderful customer service; full self serve breakfast; great choices for everyone; only complaint was the pool area small for such a large hotel and the chlorine was so strong it burned my eyes. The room was great! Very clean and felt just like home. The water pressure for the shower was great! I say that because it’s very hard to find good water pressure in hotels. I would most definitely stay here again!"
