"We had a wonderful vacation in beautiful Cartagena, but this would not have been possible at any hotel other than GHL Arsenal.
This hotel is the best: the rooms are well maintained, clean, and smell wonderful.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk (8 min) from the walled city, the same for the most attractive part of Getsemaní, and about a 14-minute walk from the marina where the boats depart.
The service is excellent from all the staff, who are friendly and courteous. I would like to give a special mention to Pomponio, an extremely kind and helpful gentleman who treated us wonderfully, thank you!
