"Great place, lovely deco. Very pleasant and comfortable. Location is superb. The Lobster Pot had great food at very reasonable prices. The only downside was that there was a very overpowering smell of cannabis which appeared to be coming from a surrounding property"

There is plenty of space and ample reception rooms for a sociable and comfortable break with friends and family. Sea views were something special. Location on the outskirts of Bognor Regis town centre with plenty of eateries and shops. Roomy off road parking. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Thank you!"
