"Our family stayed here while visiting Quebec City. There was a remodeling in the lobby area, but hotel sent us an email prior to our arrival, so it wasn't a surprise. We didn't hear any remodeling noise, so it didn't bother us. Since their system was down at the time of our arrival, they asked us to wait for a couple of hours before they could give us a room. "Beautiful place to stay, old elegance. I did not like all the extra charges, ie resort tax, $50 parking seems high, etc. By the time all the extras and taxes were added, it almost doubled the price quoted for the hotel. I'm happy I got to stay there once. "
