Heartland Guest Quarters

This is an exclusive, private lower level of a larger home. There are NO shared spaces! You have exclusive use of a kitchenette, a spacious shower, and even modern Samsung washer and dryer! In each room, there are large windows looking toward the street, or to your exclusive non shared backyard! Our pride and joy is the butcher block bar table looking over your dedicated backyard.
There is wifi extention, with guest credentials. A bar high table for your work away from home needs.
The space
Queen in bedroom, and there is a pulldown twin size, futon bed in the kitchenette/dining area. The two rooms are separated by a barn door. Windows galore!
Guest access
Your space is exclusive from the rest of the house. Private lighted entry door, self check in, two rooms plus full bath/laundry room. Locked door separates your space from the upstairs portion of the home.
Other things to note
No checkout chores!

Your space has no security cameras, but there is a ring doorbell at the main house.
