"Traveled from the USA. Stayed at this property for 4 days and it was great stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was very accommodating after getting a room with only a bath and I later asked for a room with a shower and was moved the next day into one. Breakfast buffet that came included was good, I loved the dinner options along with the drink selection at the bar. "Service exceeded all of our expectations! Restaurant/food was great as well. That said, there were rooms that did not have elevator access and it did not feel like walking friendly area. A great place to stay between the flights."

"We just arrived at the hotel after flying from the UK, we waited for the shuttle from the airport for over an hour to finally arrive after 7pm to check in. The hotel was really busy dealing with conferences and the receptionist told us to sit and wait for our room as it's not clean yet. After over 30mins wait we were offered a double room instead of a twin we booked, or wait even longer due to the conferences. We finally got our room key about 9pm. "I thought the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The area around the property is questionable. It's close to several restaurants and stores but I would not recommend walking to these locations. We didn't have a car but depended on friends and family to drive us around."
