"Incredible views, clean spacious room, wonderful breakfast. George was so nice. He helped with everything we asked and even referred us to a nice place for lunch. Our 6 days just flew by and George made is so easy. We hated to leave. We would go back for sure. This place is a short 20 minutes from town by bus."

"My fiancé and I didn’t know where to stay…looked in Interlaken and thank goodness we didn’t stay in that busy area! This hotel was an absolute DREAM! We loved the private swimming area, smaller quaint town, all while being close to the big attractions. The area just moved slower, we could walk everywhere and the hotel breakfast / gym was amazing. We will be back."

"It’s very clear that the hotel’s primary focus is to make guests feel as relaxed and as comfortable as possible, and they succeed on all fronts. The lakefront view is so worth it. It’s an experience I don’t think I would’ve been able to get elsewhere. It’s calm, quiet and allows you to slow down and really take in the lake’s serenity, rather than it feeling like a brief stop on a tour. The building is great. The food was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The location is easily accessible by car or a 10 minute bus ride. I was able to walk up the hillside to the nice village and get a good view of the lake with a good bit of exercise. I would happily stay again."

"Great location in Spiez. It’s about a 7 min walk from the train station. This is a small hotel with basic rooms. I would recommend staying in a lake view room. The “comfort” room I stayed in faced the street which can be loud. Fortunately, the windows really help block the outside noise. This hotel does not have AC so I wouldn’t recommend staying here during the warm weather months. The terrace has a great view of the lake and it was nice to have breakfast there. FYI, there’s a shared small fridge in the hallway."

"This place was amazing! We would have stayed longer had we know what a gem this place was! Serge' the owner was a kind helpful host, he worked very hard and was hospitable and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful, the scenery amazing, and it was so quiet and off the beaten path. Bus stop was within steps of the hotel driveway. About 15 minutes to Spiez train station and about 30 minutes by bus to Interlakaen Oust Train station."
