"Das Zimmer hat mir gut gefallen. Es ist großzügig eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Qualität des Frühstücks war gut, reichlich und frisch. Allerdings fühlte man sich durch die Menschenschaaren wie in einer Bahnhofshalle. Das Restaurant in dem das Frühstück serviert wird ist ganz in Ordnung, aber die orientierungslos umherirrenden Menschenschaaren machen es ungemütlich. Vielleicht sollte man die Organisation überdenken."

"I reached AZK at 8:30 am in the morning and although the check in starts at 2 pm, they found a room ready for me and allowed me to check in early at no extra cost. This helped a lot as I was travelling on business. The room was compact but comfortable, the heating was great and I had no inkling of the bitter cold outside. "Very unique property. Really cool infinity pool and catwalk over the event space. Junior Suite was great, regular room less great--stayed in both as we arrived a day early. A little disappointed the hotel wouldn't honour the price we paid for the 4 day stay in a Junior Suite when we added a day due to the Farmer-road-blockades. That was poorly handled--a little too by-the-book and lacking compassion on that one. Might stay again--would have been a definite would stay again had their customer service instincts been a little more on point. "
