"There was a problem with the lights in the room. They kept turning off while I was in the room. This became serious after dark. The front desk sent an engineer to sort out the issue with the movement detectors. However the problem continued and he had to make a second attempt which was successful, so I could have a bath at last before sleeping well"

"Reception person (Boris) was not helpful when i requested a room with an oxford street view and he claimed that the hotel fully booked for the next 4 days! However the next day i want to the reception desk and managed to get me an oxford view room. "

"Acoustics in reception could be better. The distance between me and the person behind the desk was quite distance, coupled with the fact that it was quite echoey and there was background music. I don’t class myself as hard of hearing but was really struggling especially when staff are quietly spoken and have an accent (I’m from Italian background and good with accents). Just something for you to consider (I checked in at 10pm if that helps)"

"Great airport option easily and cheaply accessed by local bus 423 from T5 or U3 from T2 & T3. Spacious room with fridge, kettle, chairs, soundproofing, very nice toiletries. Climbing in and out of the bath is not suitable for everyone, nor is having to remake the beds as the duvets were tucked in too tightly and the sheets were too small for the mattresses. Strange for an international airport hotel only to have UK Freeview TV channels...and I was disappointed that the bedside clock radio did not pick up any stations at all. Very tasty breakfast selection in nice surroundings. "
