"If you’re flying out of T5 stay here! It’s the best hotel amazing beds pillows and the bar is Great too, Never had breakfast always leave too early But restaurant is good value"

"So thrilled with our stay. Four star hotel was very clean, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast buffet. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location was walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. Being across from Victoria Train Station was at times seedy but the advantages of easy transportation outweighed the negatives. Victoria Coach Station was 10-15 mins walk so getting to and from the airports was fairly easy. Tube and buses were just a block away. Victoria as a terminus stop for some buses made it easier to return from Harrods’, also 15 mins away. Taxis readily available. We would definitely stay here again and will also see where there are other Riu locations worldwide. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"Unbelievable staff and beautiful bar and restaurant. Room was fine but not what you’d expect given the prices. Room 251 also had a loud sound of a running tap or shower throughout the entire night."

"This hotel was well maintained and very convenient to our terminal. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was very nice and plentiful . Will definitely use again if needing a night before my flight."
