"The staff were very friendly. Told us how to get into the property because we arrived past due usual check in time. The room, bathroom and kitchen were very clean and the kitchen was stocked up on breakfast items. I think the only couple of negatives were that the steps up to the door are steep so you do have to watch your step. And the other would be noise, partly from construction nearby which isnt the landlord fault and people coming in and out at various times and the door slamming which...

"We spent 4 nights at The Braemar Hotel, Michael the host was there to greet us, he gave us local information of where to eat etc. We were travelling to Liverpool by train for the day and he was very helpful by giving directions to the train station and times of trains etc. The hotel itself was lovely, clean and had all the extras to make our stay comfortable. They provided excellent advice on the sights of Liverpool and transport to and from, including the Mersey Ferry, Thankyou for the lift, and a personalised map. Every part of our stay was easy.
