"I came during off season and they graciously upgraded me to the balcony view, it was absolutely worth it! the view is amazing and I could watch the sunset. Also gave me lots of information on food, transportation, how to walk to the neighboring cities etc. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Great location, newly renovated modern apartment. Partial sea views. This apartment is self-check in, which if you follow the information sent is easy to follow. The apartment is up a very inclined set of stairs on the 5th floor. This can be a challenge with luggage and going in and out all day, however, the apartment was totally worth it. "

De kamers liggen op de 3e verdieping en er is een heel klein liftje (2 personen of 1 persoon met bagage) waarvoor je eerst een trap op moet. Voor ons was dat geen probleem, maar ben je slechter ter been, dan is deze leuke locatie helaas niet geschikt. Er was geen ontbijt, maar wel een koelkastje en een heerlijke bakkerij aan de overkant. "Property was as describe, view was perfect, easy to find. Very clean AC wasn’t the best, however, we visited from the US so our AC is very cold. We never saw the owners, they left check-in instructions. They were semi- responsive già whatsapp. Bed is a very firm mattess. "

"This is an amazing property located slap bang in the centre of La Spezia old town with restaurants, bars, cafés and independent shops on the doorstep. We had the duplex suite with a large lounge-diner area and bathroom downstairs, then a bedroom with massive bath tub and a further bathroom upstairs. "The room was small but perfect for two adults! Seems to be family owned, and although there is no view of the ocean from the room/balcony there is only a small walk there. Really enjoyed our stay and the service was minimal but sufficient. Overall great!"
