The home is in a perfect ocean front location between Palermo and Cefalu. It’s located in a gated community and offers amazing views and lots privacy. Well appointed with everything you need. We were so happy with this home. It’s close to restaurants, a grocery store, bars, everything. Patrizia is a wonderful hostess! So warm and welcoming. She welcomed us...

"We had a very enjoyable week in Isola delle Femmine. The villa was very comfortable for 5 adults and benefited from 3 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen with coffee pod machine. We enjoyed sitting around the pool, and even managed a few swims which were cold as to be expected in March! Easy walking distance into town, for restaurants, coffee bars and ice cream. There is also a well stocked grocery store. If I had to find a negative it would be that the bathrooms could probably do with updating....

"Perfekte Lage auf einem kleinen Berg mit Blick auf das Meer. Tolle Bucht vor der Tür, perfekt zum schnorcheln. Palermo ist 30min entfernt. Das Haus ist modern mit kleineren Schönheitsfehlern (Duschkopf kaputt, Klodeckel alle unterschiedlich) aber sehr geräumig. Jacuzzi ist topp"

"La maison de Paolo est magnifique, au calme et avec une jolie vue mer. Les 3 terrasses extérieures permettent de profiter du soleil a chaque moment de la journée et le jaccuzzi est un vrai plus. "Great 4 bedroom home in Mondello with a great seaside terrace view. The home offers 2 bathrooms, nice living/dinning room area, adequate kitchen and washer. The terraced outside space was lovely and enjoyed all day. There are a series of stairs to navigate from the street level to the home. There is another home owned by a family member directly underneath and was rented out for the weekend we stayed. Both homes share the garden and the terraced sea access.
