"We were so pleased with your hotel! After a long ride from Milan, it was great to see your beautiful facility. This is definitely not your typical airport hotel. The grounds were gorgeous and we enjoyed sitting outside after a long day. The young woman who was in charge of the front desk was so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I later mentioned to my son that I wish all people who deal in guest relations could be like her. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only negative on that is the shower is very slippery and I had to stand on a towel while showering to make sure I didn't wipe out. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. Every staff member we encountered was gracious and professional, and the service throughout was top-notch. We can’t wait to return for our wedding celebrations. "Novotel is a little farther from the airport than we expected however, the hotel offers a shuttle for five euro per person. Hotel is clean. Staff are extremely friendly and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel is out in the middle of nowhere so it is a perfect overnight stay pre or post travel but not much more. "
