"The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."

"Yes, I the room was clean and the staff were very nice. We were not overly impressed with the room. I thought it was small compared to other hotels I have stayed in for the price. The hotel itself was lovely and the view over the lake was beautiful. The location was very nice too."

"Very unhappy for the price. Could not get rid of room mildew smell. Shower head needed replacement. Common areas neglected, cluttered with leaves and trash. Tv screen quality poor. Lobby smelled bad upon arrival, but better 2 days later. Almost moved to another hotel mid-stay, but didn’t trust a refund would be forthcoming. (Btw borrowed a key for another room, but equally bad mildew smell.). Shopping convenient and right on I95."

"Staff was super nice ! Property is dated but clean. We ended up in a suite it was large and would be perfect for a big family, it also had a separate bedroom. Breakfast was average but again the staff was very attentive and nice. "

"I didn't end up staying. I walked into the property phone VRBO. Then attempted to clean the pool myself and scour the place for the incredibly bad smell. I just gave up after about an hour of trying left. Vrbo essentially said forget about it. we're keeping your money bye that was the experience. "

"The site listed a hot tub. Hot top looked like it hasn’t worked in years. The overall experience was fine. Building was clean with no major issues. 4th bead room is actually a remodeled garage. "
