My only reservation was the very poor directions to find it and some difficulty getting a hot water issue sorted out . The garden is stunningly beautiful and lavender bushes a hive of activity for bees and gorgeous butterflies that did not desturb us in any way even when standing in their midst observing them closely. "This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant...

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! "Santa & Giovanni were wonderful! Anything we needed help with they were always available. Even gave us a ride to the train station! Fresh fruit & vegetables were plentiful! The air conditioners worked very well. It was very hot while we were there for 5 1/2 weeks. The pool was very refreshing. They even cooked for us along with their son & daughters help. We would definitely recommend you staying at this lovely home. It was very private, but the town was only 5 minutes away. "

"A very good experience overall. House had plenty of room and quite spacious for the family. Easy access to nearby restaurants and highways. Enough dishes, glasses and utensils. All appliances worked well. Eduardo was a pleasant host and very accommodating to all our needs. Fans came in handy for air circulation on hot summer nights. Outside patio furniture could use some TLC. Pool was refreshing but quite aways from the house but had spectacular views of sunsets."

Unfortunately we had a few issues that we told the manager about at the end of our stay in the hope that they will be sorted for future visitors. He checked in on us throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed. We needed a steamer, he ordered one and it was there the next day.
