"This is a great house in a nice area and a good location to get around Boston. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. It was a clean property and perfect for our stay to attend BU graduation. Communication was easy and quick. I highly recommend."

"I rented 2 units in this building to accommodate a group of 6 friends who were in town for a university event. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for us, and it was great to have a common area where we could all hang out and catch up on life. I would be happy to book this property again next time I’m in town with a group. "

"The beds and decor are lovely. The house itself is quite old and smells a little musty/moldy. But everything you need is there: lots of pillows, towels, soap, kitchen items, etc. "

"We spent a couple days seeing the sites in Boston and this house was a great “home base” it was close to transit so we could easily get downtown and the property itself was clean and well appointed."

"A lovely, comfortable place and spotlessly clean. The location is great though noisy (Cambridge Sanitation rolls out the heavy metal around 0700). There was a plumbing problem, but the owner's communication was excellent. "

"Really nice hotel, great staff, and perfect location if you're wanting to see Boston sites (a few feet from Faneuil Hall and the Freedom Trail). Wish rooms had coffee maker, but other than that, very comfortable, and a unique funky vibe to the hotel. "
