"The property is well maintained however the carpet and the bathroom are showing its age. I think the hotel should replace some of the faucets and the carpeting in the room. All and all it's a great hotel. No doubt "

"The location to the airport is excellent but the reception staff were unwelcoming, unfriendly and didn't even smile! Plus I'd booked a "Double Queen sized room - Superior" and the window looked out at a carpark and more rooms only! A miserable outlook, making me thankful that I was only staying over night to catch my next flight. The room was actually hot when I arrived, so I needed to turn the aircon on freezing/high - the room did cool fairly fast but surely they should have had this cooled before my arrival at 9pm at night! The condition of the room/amenities/cleanliness/other facilities, and particularly location to airport was great."

"We let them know our flight landed at 9am and they had our room ready when we arrived. The staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. The amenities were great. The location was walking distance to everything, including all area transportation options, including the cruise port. Breakfast was an amazing assortment and delicious. We will definitely stay again if we travel to Sydney again. "

However if you are going to spend time in the room get a bigger room. "Overall a good stay; but mom was unexpectedly locked out of the room (917) on the morning of checking out at 10:30 when the checkout time was officially 11am. My family was fortunately rescued by a staff passing by - it seems unreasonable to have the system deactivate the key cards before the checkout time. "
