"I stayed at this hotel on Sunday. The hotel is very nice, clean, and the rooms are large. I recommend purchasing parking and breakfast for $30, because it's more expensive at the hotel. The breakfast was very good, Check-in was super fast, and the room was ready at 3 p.m. Things I didn't like: the pool was dirty, the room balcony was dirty, the air conditioning was the biggest problem, at night around 11 pm I called reception to have it fixed, my god what bad customer service, I was left waiting until 1 am, waiting for the girl who was at reception early morning on Sunday the 25th to send me a technician, I called twice and she never sent one both times, the room was super hot, we slept very hot and super uncomfortable.
