"It was clean, nice area to stay at, we hope to be back again! The only thing I wish we could change was the temp to a/c it's set to 72. I think it should be set to a range between 68-72. But the ceiling fans helped out."

Nicely remodeled with good lighting, well stocked with all the basics, nice bathroom with large shower, laundry room, even a Keurig with plenty of coffee. And it’s near lots of restaurants and shopping in Riverview and Brandon. We stayed over a week and plan to stay again."

"Property was great. Everyone was friendly. Room a was as described. We had a great view of sunrises and dolphins daily. Carmen was very responsive when I reached out. Only went to one restaurant on site which was very good. We were to busy (in a good way) so we didnt get to eat at the other. Only suggestion and its for the property itself is that there should be a small convenient type store. Some people could stay right on grounds the whole time without leaving"

"The Google Earth View of the lot was not accurate. Communication with the owner was excellent. The accommodations were adequate but not what I expected. This unit is a Hotel room, not a Condo. The space was small. It did fit our requirements. The building is older and as such needs some attention.
