"Nice hotel. Suite had a great layout. Newly remodeled. Bed was comfortable. My only complaints were a slight chemical smell (cleaner?) in the room and weak shower pressure (not enough pressure from the shower head). Pleasant stay overall."

"We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to relax. The amenities were top-notch—everything we could possibly need was already provided. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the arcade and the large screened-in pool area.The location was perfect for exploring the area. To top it off, our host was wonderful and went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!"

"Pool and hot tub were lovely. It took a day to warm up the hot tub but was wonderful after we found out how to turn it on. Host was great at getting back to us with any questions. It would be nice if a few more cooking items were in the kitchen. Pan selection was either small or huge, knives were in need of sharpening and there was very little bakeware items. These items would have been nice to have but certainly didn't detract from our stay overtly. There was lots of space, and kitchen was very clean which is always a bonus in my book. I would give this place a 5 rating but recommend the owner look into some new cookware and bakeware. "

"As a condo owner in Alabama, we were very disappointed. The pool was about all we enjoyed during our stay. With only one TV in the villa the condition of the living room couch was very uncomfortable and should be put in the trash. We had to call the agent 2x to get them to come and clean the spider webs out of the lanai and to clean the sliding doors leading to the lanai. When the cleaning crew of 2 women came in they didn't have the right tools to do the job and only did half of the webs and made the windows dirtier then when they got there. The kitchen is only set up for 2 people unless they wash the dishes every day which is not why I went on vacation. They don't have a Keurig coffee maker which I would recommend they purchase one for future rentals. To say the building noise at the pool was very disruptive is an understatement. We were informed that the Tiki Hut was under construction but to only have the pool and workout area available was not what was sold to us in the vrbo listing. Another suggestion if I might add, is this place needs to be painted and decorated. The light grey walls and only 2 pictures on the walls didn't give us the warm feeling that we were in Naples, FL. In short, unfortunately it was a place to sleep at night but that's about it. The Naples Reserve area is well maintained and beautiful."

"The property did not allow for two pets (dogs), which is what we have. The owner has provided well as far as appliances, washer and dryer, nice sharp knives, kitchen is well stocked, bed was extremely comfortable!"
