"We walked in and looked at each room and my wife exclaimed 'I LOVE it'. There were fresh scones with jam and clotted cream for us to eat, which was delicious. There was also food to feed the farm animals, which we enjoyed. My wife is still giggling about the instructions for feeding the pig. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room. We were able to do laundry, which was a bonus. Great stay."

"We felt very comfortible at Little Byways and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the spacious and perfectly furnished house. The house is perfectly located for all the sites in this part of Cornwall. Jane and Roger were wonderful hosts, unobstrusive yet always available to answer any questions.Thanks a lot!"

"We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few...

"The actual property itself was ok not particularly comfortable for a family of four.The area is quiet though but steep as yiu can expect in Cornwall. There was no welcome pack and communication was non existent and therefore rating the whoke experience terrible. "
