"Our room was spacious and spotless. The staff were friendly. Plenty of choice at the breakfast bar. The hotel was also dog-friendly with a biscuit jar for them at the bar. "

"Great check-in, a smile, friendly efficient service from a new member of staff, with an experienced colleague on hand. Room was superficially clean - linen and towels good, bathroom mainly ok, but floor was needing more attention. This room needs a deeper clean - skirting boards were dirty and dusty. There was broken crockery, cleaned and back on the tray and a broken lamp. The price was fair, we stay regularly but not frequently, but will consider other options next time. NB we had a dog and happily paid the additional cleaning charge. But the cleanliness issues were definitely not canine. The housekeepers probably do not have much time to turn rooms around, but better deeper cleaning is required. Breakfast fair,, other than poor hot drinks - half cups of not hot enough water. "

"Night away with my wife, the suite was spacious and the bedroom separate from the sitting area makes it so different to the standard hotel room. Very clean too and probably the most fluffiest towels I’ve ever come across. "
