"Nice place great for a quiet night sleep"

"Loved it for 2 nights in room 217. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful as I decided to extend my stay. I was checked in by a lovely lady who helped me join the IHG club and explained everything in great detail. I needed to change room however so Tatiana (reception) booked me a room on the same floor in order that it was an easy change. It was also an empty room so I could just check in at 10am instead of needing to move out and check back in at 3pm. The breakfast staff were really attentive and the breakfast was so tasty and a great variety of products. The cleaning staff were approachable and friendly too. I really enjoyed my stay hence the reason that I extended it. "

"Great hotel, food was lovely and decor is right up my street. Only downside was a bad nights sleep as some empty cans blowing around in the wind kept me awake. Not the hotels fault. The king prawn curry was lovely also!"

"Ive just come back from a weekend stay at the mondo in coatbridge unfortunatelyi had a bad fall not long after arriving and booking in as soon as i was able to inform reception what had happened i cannot say in enough words the aftercare owas given by all the receptionstaff at the hotel was second to none they went the extra mile insure my aftercare and my needs becausei was bedridden were taken care of regards that there was perodic checks done by the staff to make sure iwas "
