I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."
