SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm. "

"This is my fourth time here! Couldn’t recommend it more. Torri is fantastic, quieter town but accessible to other bigger busier areas (Riva, Garda etc). It is only about 30-40 minute bus ride from train station at the bottom of the lake. Torri has lots of water-front restaurants, nice bars and local independent shops. Plenty ice cream! This hotel is perfect, 5 minute walking distance into Torri. Lovely clean spacious apartments. Pool and lounge areas are peaceful and have spectacular views of the lake. Very reasonably priced bar with very pleasant and attentive staff. Totally recommend "

"Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."

"Great hotel with amazing views from our room and the pool area. Friendly staff, clean rooms & great breakfast too. Only drawback is a steep walk uphill coming back from Limone town. There is a shuttle bus but this stops at 7pm."

"Perfect location overlooking the lake and only a ten minute easy walk into Bardolino. Suites comfortable and clean, ideal for a family of two adults and two teens. A wide variety available at breakfast and our evening meal at the restaurant was delicious. This hotel exceeded our expectations, we will be back. "
